I respect your privacy and only collect what I need to run BTechWise. This policy explains what I collect, why, who helps me handle it, and the rights you have under UK data protection law.
Who is responsible for your data
BTechWise Ltd is the "data controller" for your personal data. We're registered in Scotland (company number SC858952), at 2a Craigentinny Crescent, Edinburgh, EH7 6QB. For anything about your data, email [email protected].
We never see or store your full card details; payments are handled by secure payment providers.
We don't collect sensitive information, such as health details, and we don't use automated decision-making. Our services are aimed at adults.
Marketing emails
We only email you if you've signed up or bought from us. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also email [email protected] to stop at any time. We never sell or rent your details to anyone.
We may also share data if the law requires it, or with a buyer if BTechWise is ever sold.
Data outside the UK
Some of these services may store data outside the UK. When they do, we make sure your data is protected by approved safeguards, such as UK adequacy decisions, the UK-US Data Bridge, or the ICO's approved transfer contracts.

We use secure, reputable services, strong passwords and two-step login, and only we can access your data.

Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please tell us first at [email protected]. We'll acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and keep you updated. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes
We'll update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
